Eye of Ender
In order to activate an End Portal you’ll need Eyes of Ender, key word being Eyes, plural. Obtaining an Eye of Ender is not as it would seem, it sounds like you simply go kill an Enderman and grab his eyes. Eye of Ender is a craft-able item not droppable.

When installing a new mod there is always a chance of something to go wrong, I found that one of my biggest problems was textures. Any time a mod offered new blocks or items the textures were not being installed properly. Some mods are not set up to install textures and you end up in a world where all blocks read “Missing Texture”. Don’t freak out there is a simple fix for this.

Soldiers
The Civil War mod adds Confederate and Union soldiers to Minecraft, these soldiers don a hat, boots and a chest plate. You can distinguish which side they are on by the design of their chest plates. All of the soldiers have “Steve” skins/textures. Each faction spawns according to each biome and if they cross paths they will attack one another so look out!

New Ride
Mojang has finally decided to add horses to the main game so we don’t need to use mods to get a mount anymore. There are several different types of horses being added but not all of them can be ridden. The Skeleton and Zombie Horse CANNOT be ridden nor can foals. Donkeys Mules and other Horses (horses of different colors) can be ridden.
