This will create an Audience Stand that you can fill with mobs. Use it for any designs you are making that needs them (theater, race track, football, etc.)

Step 1:
Build walls

Step 2:
Add stairs

Step 3:
Add fences/cobblestone wall so they wont escape

You can also add mobs (villager, pig, etc. but not zombies, creeper, skeleton, silverfish).
