15 light green wool blocks
5 black wool blocks
7 fences

First, stack the 7 fences on top of each other. Put one green wool on any side of the top fence. Add a layer of 5 green wools above the first green wool. Put 1 black wool on either side of the first green wool. The surround the black wools with green wools. Under the first green block put another green wool. At the end of the last row, which you have not made yet, place a green wool at either end. Fill in the gap with black wool. You have just built yourself your own Creeper Flag!
