Materials Needed:

13 pieces of any color wool
16 fences
2 wood slabs
3 stairs 
4 ladder
2 signs

To Make Lifeguard Stand:
Put only four pieces of wood in you the spot you want it. Then put four ladders up the wood. Next put one stair a block behind the wood (you might find it easiest to put a block down under where you are going to put the stair and then place the stair). Then put the signs on both sides of the stair. Lastly put 5 ladders up both sides of the stairs.

To Make Lounging Spot:
Put six fences up near the Lifeguard stand. Put one piece of wool at the top of the fences. Then it four pieces of wool around the premise of the fence under the first piece of wool. Lastly continue the pattern with the last layer of wool. Then under the umbrella put one stair on each side of the umbrella then put a slab in front of it.
