You need:
5 quartz blocks
1 quartz stairs
2 signs
1 painting

Put 1 quartz block, the quartz stairs, and then another quartz block on the other side on the ground. The put the leftover 3 quartz on top. Put one sign in the corner saying; Token Machine.
And the other one on the lower corner that says Tokens Here. Then put the painting in the top left corner..then done!
